Regulatory status
Quantis Research is not yet registered with SEBI as a Research Analyst. Registration is in progress. Until it is granted, this site publishes market data only. It offers no research services, takes no fees and makes no recommendations.
Rating definitions
Every stock under coverage carries exactly one rating. The default horizon is 12 months, and no published rating has a horizon under 3 months. Expected return means price return to the stated target over the horizon, excluding dividends.
| Rating | Meaning |
|---|---|
| LONG | Expected return of 15% or more over the horizon. A fresh buy. |
| ACCUMULATE | Expected return between 5% and 15%. Positive, add on declines. |
| HOLD | Expected return between −5% and +5%. Keep if held, don't add. |
| REDUCE | Expected return between −5% and −15%, or limited upside with rising risk. Trim. |
| EXIT | Expected return below −15%, the thesis is broken, the invalidation level is hit, or the target is met with no new target. Sell fully. |
Each rating also states its conviction (high or medium), its target, its horizon and its invalidation: the price or event that would end the thesis. Short-sale and derivative recommendations are not published.
Conflicts of interest
- Any holding by the analyst or relatives in a covered stock is shown on that stock's row and in every report on it.
- The analyst and relatives do not trade a covered stock from 30 days before to 5 days after a report on it is published, and never against a published rating.
- No compensation is received from any company covered, and no investment banking, market-making or brokerage services are provided to them.
- The analyst has not served as an officer, director or employee of any covered company.
- Quantis Capital (financial planning) and Quantis Research are kept separate. No client information from one is used in the other.
Use of AI tools
Software, including AI tools, is used to compile market data, draft factual market recaps and format reports. AI tools do not set ratings, targets or views. Every report is reviewed and approved by the analyst, who is responsible for its contents. No client data is shared with AI tools.
